2. Products and Availability

All bouquets and compositions are created individually with fresh flowers. Photos are illustrative and minor variations are possible depending on seasonality and available stock.

3. Prices and Payment

Prices are published in Lari (GEL) and include all taxes. Payment is made securely through our supported methods. Order confirmation occurs only after successful payment completion.

4. Delivery

Delivery is carried out only within Tbilisi city limits. Same-day delivery is possible within specified working hours and time slots. Banner instructions on the page are mandatory (e.g., orders placed before 2:00 PM).

5. Returns and Exchange

Live flowers and flower compositions are not subject to return. Souvenir returns are possible at the store, only in undamaged and unused condition, within a reasonable period from purchase and with receipt/order confirmation document. See "Returns and Exchange Policy" for details.

6. Order Cancellation

If the order has not been processed/delivered, cancellation and refund is possible through the same payment channel. Individual orders may not be cancelled after preparation has begun.

7. Customer Data

We process only the data necessary for order processing and delivery. Data is processed in accordance with applicable legislation.

8. Liability Limitation

The site is not responsible for delays caused by force majeure or third-party service outages (communication/payment providers).
