Returns and Exchange Policy

1. Flowers and Flower Compositions
Returns are not accepted. Live flowers, bouquets, and compositions are characterized by delicate nature and short lifespan, so their return or exchange is not possible.
2. Souvenirs
Souvenir returns are possible within 5 days of purchase, under the following conditions:
- Item must be undamaged, unused, and in complete packaging (package/box/brochure if included). Receipt or order confirmation document is required. Items with signs of use, damage, or hygiene issues are excluded.
- Want only bank transfer? You can send the item via any online courier. The main thing is that the item is fully protected and undamaged. After item delivery, we will arrange bank transfer.
3. Defective or Wrong Item
If you received a defective or non-matching souvenir, please contact us immediately and provide photo/video evidence. We will agree on replacement or refund after on-site inspection.
4. Cash Refund: Cash refunds are made only when visiting the store in person, when returning the item.
Bank Transfer: If you want the amount credited to your bank account, you can send us the item via courier or any online delivery service. After receiving the item and confirming the receipt, we will credit the amount to your bank account.
5. How to Start a Return
To start a return, contact us through the channels specified on the "Contact Us" page. Please provide the order number and product information.
